Hanwha Solutions acquires part of wireless module business from Samsung Electro-Mechanics
Hanwha will leverage Samsung Electro-Mechanics’ capability to further expand global business network and increase business opportunities
Hanwha Solutions announced on 30 December that it signed an agreement with Samsung Electro-Mechanics to acquire its wireless module business unit responsible for manufacturing Wi-Fi and 5G mmWave antenna modules by using organic substrate, the company said in a press release on 4 January.
