IME and STMicroelectronics will aim to develop SiC integrated devices and package modules

STMicroelectronics has tied up with Institute of Microelectronics (IME) at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) to begin a Research & Development (R&D) collaboration in silicon carbide (SiC) for power-electronics applications in the automotive markets, it said in a press release on 25 November.
