BASF, SVOLT will also assess joint upstream resourcing to strengthen the security of raw material supply

German chemical company BASF and Chinese EV battery maker SVOLT have entered into an agreement to develop cathode active materials (CAM), raw materials supply and battery recycling for SVOLT’s battery cells, the company said in a press release on 25 October.
