NCUOSC used Keysight's PD1500A DPT platform for third generation WBG semiconductor open laboratory

Keysight has announced a collaboration with National Central University Optical Sciences Center (NCUOSC) to work on the design and test validation efficiency of gallium nitride (GaN) and silicon carbide (SiC) applications, for 5G and electric vehicle (EV) innovation, a press release dated 27 September read.
