Japanese multinational engineering corporation Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) announced via press release on 16 September that it had concluded an agreement with Spanish automotive engineering services company Applus+ IDIADA to developing facilities for controlled environmental testing of highly automated vehicles.
