Bosch reports AEB could reduce one-third of U.S. vehicle crashes

Bosch’s research shows that 649,000 vehicle crashes can be avoided annually if Automatic Emergency Braking was integrated in all vehicles.

German engineering and technology company Bosch announced via press release on the 14th September the results of its accident research that indicate that one-third of U.S. vehicle crashes with injuries and fatalities can be mitigated or avoided altogether with the implementation of automatic emergency braking (AEB).
