The JV company plans to begin the assembly of fuel cells and recharging stations by end of 2021.

Renault Group and Plug Power have launched their joint venture (JV) HYVIA, as outlined in the memorandum of understanding (MOU) agreement signed on 12 January 2021, according to a press release by Plug Power on 3 June.
