Germany to provide USD6.5 billion funding to ramp up EV charging infrastructure

Steffen Seibert, the spokesman for Chancellor Angela Merkel said a statement that the country will provide USD6.5 billion of funding for electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, reports Handelsblatt. The funds will be made available till 2024.
