Porsche to begin trials of synthetic fuels in 2022


First trials with partners in South America to be a ‘very, very small volume’; expected 85% impact on CO2 emissions

Porsche sports car head Frank Walliser has said that the automaker is looking to begin trials of its own synthetic fuel in 2022, that will be compatible with unmodified combustion engines, according to a report by Autocar on 16 March.
