Israel-based 4D imaging radar startup expects to generate USD177 million in gross proceeds from the transaction

Arbe Robotics has entered into a business combination agreement with Industrial Tech Acquisition In., a NASDAQ-listed special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) to become a public company, the Israel-based 4D imaging radar startup said in a press release on 18 Mach. Upon closing of the agreement, the merged company will operate under the Arbe Robotics Ltd name and is expected to be listed on NASDAQ under the new ticker symbol “ARBE”.
