Ford, in partnership with automotive supplier Bosch and real-estate firm Bedrock, has launched a demonstration project for automated valet parking inside Bedrock’s Assembly Garage in Detroit, Michigan, the United States, the automaker said in a press release on 26 August. The project will demonstrate how connected Ford Escape test vehicles drive and park themselves inside the enclosed parking, utilizing Bosch’s smart infrastructure.
