Demand for curved displays to significantly grow over next 10 years

Automakers have begun offering curved displays in select models to deliver more immersive user experience, but wider adoption of the technology in vehicles still faces multiple hurdles, including durability and high pricing

Generally, displays used in the instrument clusters and center stack areas inside cars have been flat. However, as more automakers equip their new vehicles with larger-size, high-resolution displays to deliver more immersive user experience (UX), demand for curved or flexible displays that conform to the size of the instrument panel, is set to grow.
