COVID-19 pandemic: Volkswagen extends shutdown at Chattanooga plant in US


The company hopes to resume operations at the plant on 5 April

Volkswagen has further extended production suspension at its Chattanooga plant in Tennessee, US, for one more week to prevent the COVID-19 pandemic, the automaker said in a press release on 25 March. The German automaker now hopes to resume operations at the plant on 5 April.
