COVID-19 pandemic: FCA suspends production across all plants in North America until end of March


During the shutdown period, FCA will implement the agreed upon steps through the joint task force set up between the UAW and GM and Ford

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) agreed on 18 March to gradually stop production at all its plants across North America through the end of March to prevent spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, the automaker said in a press release. According to FCA’s 2019 Annual Report, the company operates 28 plants in the US, 11 in Mexico and nine in Canada, employing 97,029 people.
