Winbond, Karamba produce secure flash memory chips for automotive ECUs

The memory chips are based on Winbond TrustME New W77Q Secure Flash memory and Karamba’s XGuard embedded security software

Winbond Electronics has teamed up with Karamba Security to develop secure flash memory chips with integrated runtime integrity for automotive ECUs, the company said in a press release on 4 March.
