EA Japan manufactures lithium-ion batteries,while EA Energy Devices produces lithium-ion battery electrodes

Envision AESC Group (EA Group) announced that it has decided to merge its subsidiaries Envision AESC Energy Devices (EA Energy Devices) with Envision AESC Japan (EA Japan) in a press release dated 26 February.
