Two partners are investing CNY2.75 billion (USD307 million) in the new project

Guangzhou Automobile Group Co (GAC Group) and the Shaoguan city government in Guangdong Province in South China have started construction of a testing center for intelligent connected and new energy vehicles, China Daily reported today (27 December). The two partners are investing CNY 2.75 billion (USD307 million) in the new project spread over 573-hectare.
