The solution combines audio and visual interfaces to seamlessly support cooperation between human and machine, both inside and outside autonomous vehicles

Continental has developed a holistic solution for human-machine interaction (HMI) for autonomous vehicles, the company said in a press release on 12 December. The German supplier developed its new solution in the CUbE, its platform for driverless technologies. The solution combines audio and visual interfaces to seamlessly support cooperation between human and machine, both inside and outside the autonomous vehicles. Continental will showcase its holistic solution at the CES 2020 next month in Las Vegas, US.
