Ford recalls 78,000 MY2019 Ranger vehicles in US, Canada to fix glitch in tail lamp


In affected vehicles, the inline electrical connector terminals for the tail lamps may be loose or not properly installed

Ford is recalling 78,264 units of model year (MY) 2019 Ranger pickup truck to fix issue in their tail lamp, the automaker said in a press release on 25 November. The recall affects 72,718 vehicles in the United States and 5, 546 vehicles in Canada. The affected vehicles were built at Ford’s Michigan Assembly Plant in the United States between 4 June 2018 and 16 August 2019.
