Dyson’s innings as an EV developer may have come to an early end, but it offers important insights on dos and don'ts for existing EV start-ups

Dyson Technology has decided to shelve its plan to produce an electric vehicle (EV) as it could not find a way to make the vehicle commercially viable. In an email to its employees, a copy of which was published by Business Insider on 11 October, the company’s founder Sir James Dyson said the company had been through a serious process to find a buyer for the project but was unsuccessful so far.
