Company received a total of 30 car plates for road tests for road tests in Cangzhou

Baidu has received road test license to test self-driving cars with passengers by the government of Cangzhou city in Hebei province of northern China, according to a report by China Daily on 12 October. The company’s intelligent connected vehicles (ICV) got a total of 30 car plates for road tests at the 2019 China International Digital Economy Expo. To support ICV testing, the Cangzhou municipal government has issued a regulation on ICV road test management.
