Evergrande and hofer to own 67% and 33% stake, respectively, in the JV

Chinese firm Evergrande, through its subsidiary Evergrande Health Industry Group, has entered into a partnership with hofer to set up a new joint venture (JV) to develop electric powertrain systems for new energy vehicles (NEV) in China, Yicai Global reported on 24 July.
