Indian government has invited bids for installation of 1,000 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in the country under the second phase of its 'Faster Adoption and Manufacturing of Electric Vehicles in India’ (FAME-II), according to a notice Department of Heavy Industry on 12 July.
