5GAA provides update on C-V2X technology deployment in China at MWC Shanghai 2019

As many as 15 carmakers have announced their plans to roll out new vehicles with C-V2X from second-half 2020 to first-half 2021

On Thursday (27 June), the 5G Automotive Association (5GAA) provided an update on technology deployment of cellular vehicle-to-everything (C-V2X) communications in China in an event during MWC Shanghai 2019, the association said in a press release. The event was attended by representatives from automotive and telecom companies to government who explained the state of deployment of C-V2X in the world’s largest automotive market.
