Japanese automaker will follow the Indonesian government’s EV plan by investing in stages, starting with development of hybrid vehicles

Toyota plans to invest USD2 billion in Indonesia to develop electric vehicles (EVs) over the next four years, Reuters reported on 27 June citing the country’s Co-ordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs.
