Next generation steel grades helping reduce cost & weight and addition of technologies

The e-mobility disruption in the automotive industry has reached more than the critical global mass and is now gunning to replace conventional ICE propulsion technologies from pole positions in markets across the world. It is not the breakthrough kid in business now and hence needs to address the real problems and expectations of the market and consumers to gain further penetration. This means the e-mobility players can no longer ignore factors like mass scale manufacturability, extensive supply chain and vendor ecosystem management as well as performing to the widely varying and aspirational customer expectations. It is here that reality is striking electric vehicle (EV) players, as they struggle to provide cost parity and maintain profitability in markets where governments are selectively providing subsidies.
