LG Chem, Geely plan to set up JV for EV batteries


Both LG Chem and Geely to invest USD94 million in the JV

South Korean battery maker LG Chem and Chinese automaker Geely have signed an agreement to set up a new joint venture (JV) for producing batteries for electric vehicles (EV) in China, Reuters reported on 13 June, citing a statement from LG Chem.
