Tachi-S acquires 51% stake of Chinese supplier Chanfeng Namba

Tachi-S and Chanfeng Namba form new JV company

Japanese supplier Tachi-S has acquired 51% of subscribed capital of Chinese supplier Hunan Chanfeng Namba Automotive Component, the company said in a press release on 16 April. The Chinese supplier owns Hunan Changfeng Automobile SOFA, a subsidiary which supplies seats, sunroofs and door locks for bother original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and aftermarket. Tachi-S acquired equity stake in Chanfeng Namba through its Chinese subsidiary, Tachi-S China.
