JV to develop driving modules for hybrids, plug in hybrids, fuel cell vehicles and electric vehicles

Japan-based Aisin Seiki and Denso have reached a basic agreement to establish a 50:50 joint venture (JV) company to develop and sell “electrification driving modules”, the two companies announced in a joint press release yesterday (27 August).
