Continental to set up new plant in Hungary for automotive electronics
New plant to produce sensors and transmission control units for the European market
Continental will build a new manufacturing plant in Debrecen, Hungary to produce automotive electronics products, the German auto parts supplier announced in a press release yesterday (22 February). The groundbreaking ceremony for the new plant is scheduled for the third quarter of 2018, with production expected to start in the third quarter of 2020.
