Ricardo aims to supply battery packs for performance EVs
Company claims to have established a global supply chain that will be capable of delivering fully assembled and tested battery systems
Ricardo’s ‘Performance Products’ division recently completed a full electric vehicle (EV) sport car battery manufacturing concept program. With the successful completion of the project, the UK-based automotive engineering consultancy firm is now aiming to become a niche battery supplier for hybrid and electric vehicles, according to the company’s press release on 18 January.
