Toyota to equip 2018 Toyota Camry infotainment system with AGL platform
Platform expected to be rolled out in other Toyota and Lexus vehicles in North America
Toyota has chosen Automotive Grade Linux’s (AGL) platform for application in its next-generation infotainment systems, according to a press release on 31 May. The AGL-based system will be first applied on the 2018 Toyota Camry in the United States. The platform is expected to be used in other Toyota as well as Lexus vehicles in North America subsequently.
