Companies eye further adoption of NMC technology in electric vehicles
US-based 3M has entered into a patent license agreement with South Korea-based LG Chem to expand the use of nickel, manganese, cobalt (NMC) as cathodes in lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries, according to a 3M press release yesterday (4 August)
