Interview with David Tung, Purchasing director CAPSA (Chang An – Peugeot Citroen joint venture in China) Before taking over his current role, Tung held various positions with PSA, including sourcing officer and senior manager for project purchasing. The new CAPSA plant, opened in September 2013, has a current annual capacity of 200,000, which is expected to start with production of the China-only DS5 SL before moving on to produce other DS models.
