Jungho Lee is a senior research analyst for automotive electronics at S&P Global Mobility in Seoul, South Korea. His coverage includes electronic systems and semiconductor for powertrain and xEV as well as ADAS/autonomy.
Prior to joining S&P Global Mobility he worked for KCC for eight years developing and researching packaging of semiconductors applied especially to memory devices for mobile application processors and DRAM, high-power semiconductors for automotive inverters, and radar for ADAS applications.
He holds a master’s degree in engineering in electronic materials with SiC (Silicon Carbide) and GaN (Gallium Nitride)–based power semiconductor devices, and a bachelor’s degree of engineering in electronic materials.
